| 90's sci fi television show
I don't remember the title, I watched it waaay back when I was 8 or 9, It had at least three main characters; each of whom had a specific superpower. One man blinked his eyes twice and cause people at a distance to writhe in pain. A woman could control automated systems at will, and another man could shrink to smaller than the gap between a door. It sounds crazy, but haven't been able to remember anything else about it, and the only fragments I have are from its opening sequence. Any help would be much appreciated. I think it was on the Sci Fi channel then.
