80's or 90's Anime movie
Hi. I'm looking for this anime and unfortunately I don't remember that much about it. The protagonist is a girl growing up to be a woman. She lost her father and he somehow came back in the from of a glowing bright bird possibly seagull so she follows him to his world where apparently all the souls of the dead are turned to glowing birds. That's all I can remember.
