I think you might get some answers with a more complete question. What does "percentage wise options for career" mean? What does "career in Bio after 12th" mean?
Are you referring to 12th grade, meaning high school biology?

As for a guide to colleges, there are several including one put out by U.S. News and World Report (the magazine), but that's only for U.S. colleges. I think for admissions procedures you mostly have to go to individual colleges. Some colleges allow you to apply to several institutions using a single application form.
