Scholorships or Grants for Felons

I work at a local univ in Tampa and I have some students that have a record and are trying to get their life back on track... I was wondering, dose anyone know of any type of scholorships or aid that can be used to help felons go to school. To help change their lives.

Doesn't the financial aid office have this information? I know of no specific grants or scholarships for felons. As far as I know they have to apply like everyone else.
