masteral scholarship or law scholarship abroad

hello everyone! i am a graduate of AB Political Science in a University here in the Philippines and now, i'd like to take up my Masteral degree abroad particularly in Europe or in the US, but i'm having a hard time looking for some scholarships that suits me..hope you can help me guys..tnx a lot!
