Looking financial aid or Grant in Europe, how?

I'm 19, from Uzbekistan, and there is a need of money for me to study,now i graduated Foundation Year of MDIST, but it is not possible for me study further(again $),So, who knows h how to find Real 100% accreditable grants in Europe?
