international relations, business, finance, diplomacy-does the scholarship exist?

hey everybody,

I am seeking for a scholarship in the fields named above. I study the University of Economics, Prague in the Czech Rep. for the second year and I would like to study somewhere abroad, exactly in an english-speaking country.
I have just read lot on the internet about universities and special organization, but I still haven´t found out how to get the scholarship that could help me to fund my studies.

If you know something that could help me out, I would highly appreciate your response!
I really need to leave the town, people and country where I live.
