what if a child does not live with parents and that child is going to college but their gardian cant afford to put that child through college does that child get financial aid or is that child doom

Most colleges have financial aid programs to assist students who otherwise would not be able to afford the tuition and fees. You can ask at whichever college you are interested in what programs they have for scholarships and other tuition assistance.
