government grants for ex felons

I am in need of some information on grants for ex- felon in the state of Colorado. Any information that you can provide for me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!!

I'm looking for grants or scholarships for ex felons in the state of colorado. I am currently attending college on financial aid but would like to see if there is any specific grants or scholarships exclusively for ex felons.

Your guess is as good as mine!! I ask the same, yet get no answers.
I did 13 years and been out for 5, and the only grant I have found, is what you create yourself.
