Do the government offer any financial aid for felons?

I think that they should, but you have to prove yourself to the government or institution that you have changed or improved the state of self for them to even think about awarding the scholarship.

You will certainly be prioritized negatively but the only think you should do is improve your image and hopefully they see the situation from your perspective!
