Is there a program in the state of Georgia that I can apply to for financial aid considering I have a felony ?

Financial aid for school/ Pell grant?

If your felony was a drug conviction, that's the only one that would affect your chances of getting a pell grant. Fill out a fafsa worksheet at the college/university to find out.
