scanning questionaire into computer

I want to scan a questionaire form into my computer so that I can complete the form and print the completed form

I scan all the time using the "scan and edit" feature - it doesn't scan the original language 100% so it has to be cleaned up a little bit but it works.

You need some OCR software, but depending on the layout of the questionnaire, it may not convert properly.

I would suggest getting Paperport software which includes a utility called FormTyper. This utility scans the form and creates editable areas in an overlay. You can then save or print the form with typed in portions.
