How to write quotation ?

How to draft a quotation? We have client to address on tuesday, we are a firm which develops database for other business firm- which relates to contractors, library, hospital, and many more. This is our first big client - Oil India Ltd. (Public Library database). The manager ask our firm to give them a idea about our products and services and also offer them list of services and price. So, help me.

First, make a list of your products. Then make a list of your services. Then next to each item on the lists, note the price.

You have to do this yourself. I have no idea what products and services you offer. I'm going to bed now (almost 3 a.m. here), but will check in the morning to find out what you listed. Then I will help you more.
