    Widows pension
    I am 60 years old my husband passed away while he was collecting his social security benefits am I entitled to any of it?

    Yes, you are entitled to claim Social Security based on your husband's earnings. You can apply on SSA's website or any SSA office.

    You are entitled to this so long as you were married to him for at least 10 years or more.
