| | | new resume hey i need to type up a new resume but i dont really have much experience & my resume is pretty blank.. but all the places i apply for ask for one, what else can i put on it other than experience? | | | | | | |

| ive volunteered at an animal shelter, & i worked at a corner store a cple of yrs ago, im 16 & havent had a job for about 2-3 years. im currently attending tafe but the course i done isnt what inustry im interested in anymore. im all kind of mixed up about what i want to do. |

| You should put down your volunteering. Your only 16 so there wouldn't be that much work history on there. Add references from people whom you've babysat for, a family friend, a teacher, etc.

| You give out references at the interview, not before. If you list them on the resume, you give permission to the companies to whom you've sent the resume to call the references even before your interview. It's not a good policy, and it's not professional. |
