Part time PhD in compuetr science related fields

Hi,

I have completed my B.Tech in computer science from JNTUCEH. And have 6 years of IT exp. Now, I like to go for Part time/distance PhD programs.
Any suggestions would be grateful.

There are many online PhD programs. Capella.edu, Phoenix.edu, Walden.edu...

MIT opens all their classes to the world for free but no degrees are given. You could use them to learn before plunging in to a PhD program with a fee.
