I think if you dig a bit more you will see that the references to "Asia" are actually referring to the far (then known) regions of the world. Rev 1:4-11 Refer to the 7 churches of Asia which is actually talking about what we would have called Asia Minor , Modern day Turkey.
That's true donn, what we call as Asia in the modern world is not necessarily the same as it was back in time.

You could be right in the end, who knows. All I do know is what my Reference bible says. I also seem to remember another reference to Asia, or modern day Turkey. It always amazes me to read the bible and see how far ( or close by) the countries actually are in relation to each other. In modern day terms, you could do most of the journeys in the bible in a day or two by car. But the accounts relate to sometimes years for these journeys.
I'd agree with that one, though I think Turks are descendants of Ham.
Either link doesn't seem to have concrete information regarding the origin of Asians.
I am assuming that the one of the grandsons of Noah (alaihi salaam) may have been the origin of Asians as we know them.
I remember reading somewhere that Gog and Magog had mongoloid features,I can't remember where I saw that,but will let you know if I find that information again.
