    Hi,
I can't really give you a workout schedule, except that to build muscle, you need to be lifting heavier weights; not just repetitions with lighter weights.
Most of us can find time to do what must be done, and what we really want to do. Since you go to school, and work also, than that schedule is important to you. Find the time to do some weight lifting; if that's important also. You could also wait until you finish school.
I do wish you the best.

I would say that anything we really want bad enough we find time for.
Wake up a hour earlier several days a week and set up a workout for those days.

If you don't have your own weights, many times there are isometric (spelling) things that can work and help, Even those using large bands to cause stress against the pull.
