    I was wondering...
    Hi, yesterday my boyfriend came to see me because I was sick and he bought me some panadols with him. Is this a sign he has feelings for me? Thank you for your help people.

    If he is your boyfriend I would hope he has feelings for you. Sounds like he is being considerate, which he should be.

    If this isn't the same guy you asked about 3 months ago, then he is new, and you can only guess if he is in pain, or doesn't want you going to his place. Each question like this is only remotely answerable in the context of the larger picture, and you haven't given us any background at all.
