What's the best way to compliment someone on their personality?
    Hi Answers.
Just asking this question, as I've read up several article sites, and one of them types of peeps who likes to make people appreciated, for their well-known attributes, for who they are and what they are. Howsoever I do struggle to communicate with some older peeps, as I'm trying to generalize and mix with older people. Sometimes I tend to get a little biut caught up in myself, and get anxious about how others will perceive me for who I am and what I am. Is there any other way of overcoming this, or is it to just let things naturally take it's course?
    Thank you- RJ
