Love is patient and kind; love is not jealous or boastful; it is not arrogant or rude. Love does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right. Love bears all things; believes all things; hopes all things; endures all things.

Megg agrees: It depends on those reasons and what kind of love it is to begin with. There is lust, and there is love if your speaking aobut romantic love

Love: In common use, love has two primary meanings, the first being an indication of adoration for another person or thing, and the second being a state of relational status. Love is an act of identifying with a person or thing, capable of even including oneself. Dictionaries tend to define love as deep affection or fondness.-taken from Wikipedia

To me love in general is a feeling of caring for someone. A friend, parent, aunt and or boyfriend or girlfriend.

Friendly/family love is towards family memebers and friends. Whom you admire, care about and respect. You wouldn't want to see harm come to these ppl.

Relationship/sexual love is towards a girl or boyfriend that you've been dating for a long enough time to know that your feelings are more then just ''puppy love'' or a ''crush''. In my opinion and many other's will agree, romantic love comes after the friendly kind, that progreeses into a deeper, more romatic and sexual feeling. You wouldn't want to see this person with another girl or boyfriend. You want all the best for this person and want to spend every moment with them. Results from this kind of love is marrage. . . lol.

For those who don't understand differences between romantic love AND romantic friendship:

Romantic love: is a form of love that is often regarded as different from mere needs driven by sexual desire or lust, or material and social gain. Romantic love generally involves a mix of emotional and sexual desire, as opposed to Platonic love. There is often, initially, more emphasis on the emotions than on physical pleasure.

Properties of romantic love include these:

It cannot be easily controlled.
It is not overtly (initially at least) predicated on a desire for sex as a physical act.
If requited, it may be the basis for lifelong commitment.

Romantic friendship:
The term romantic friendship refers to a very close but non-sexual relationship between friends, often involving a degree of physical closeness beyond that common in modern Western society, for example holding hands, cuddling, sharing a bed, as well as open expressions of love for one another.

Hope this all helps you. I added fact's and also some of my own opinions. :-)
