i want him so badly!

he is my friend's ex and i have only seen him once for less than 5mins some time last year and apparently they broke up sometime back. so i spoke to him last week for the first time because of some misunderstanding that happened between me and my friend. then he went away for easter holiday and yesterday my friend called me to tell me he had died. i cried so bad, had to smoke and couldnt even sleep. i like him so much i mean since the day i started to speak to him i just want to talk to him forever. well she was lying that he is dead and she had made some claims so when i called him today in the morning he told me it was a lie, he hasnt spoken to her in a long time and i should actually call her and tell her i spoke to him. i like him so much we sms each other at night talk about different stuff and we have the same interests. i know its wrong but i cant get him off my mind.
What should i do???:

the thing is my friend is not an honest person, she lies to everyone about anything no matter how useless. which is why they had to end and which is why im speaking to this guy now its because of her lies that made us communicate. and truely at the moment HE is what im thinking about. she is of no help to me because she can still mess up with me so im not worried. i want him... help me know what to do to get him.

well i never asked him but my friend says they are still together, i know she is lying coz there is so much i know about him now that she has no idea about. like something happened to him last week that he told me about and when my friend told me they are still together i asked her about it and she had no clue and for people who are together she would have known definetly. He just said a while ago before christmas last year.

I think you need to give your friend time, forget about the guy for a while, unless you don't want to keep the friend.

its not that easy, i mean i dont know why im so drawn to this guy it should be easy for me to forget about him i mean i dont even remember how he looks like i wouldnt even know him if i met him. but just talking to him takes me away beyond friendship, this should be unhealthy.

You may be attracted to him, but that doesn't mean he is for you. Do you really need all this drama to get a dude you don't really know? Haven't you gotten a little carried away as he has made no move other than talking???

I think you should leave this alone before it blows up in your face.
