okay so today i was talkignto him online and he was bugging me about who i liked so i was like do u really wanna no and he said yes so u said i kinda like you!..... and he said cool
what should i do now i dunno if he likes me but like then he had to leave so now im all confused what should i do?????

Perhaps he kept asking who you like because he was hoping you'd say him. Now you have told him why dont you just ask him out for a milk shake or something?

If he says know he doesnt know how much fun he is missing out on does he!

To follow up on Skell's advice, you could even say it like this next time your the internet wth him, "I'm in the mood for a milkshake, I'm going to get one are you gonna join me and be seen in public with a real girl or keep looking at the fake ones online. It's a joking way so theres no preasure but also kind of makes him think "Hey I could go out with a girl as opposed to just sitting around.

Why don't you get off the internet and tell him in person so you can see his reaction; i.e. body language, tone of voice.
There is so much that can be misinterpreted over the internet, or text messages/e-mails.
Maybe he thought you were joking. There isn't a font for sarcasm.

i agree with INCOGNITO if he seems happy then arrange to do something together. i knwo this from experiance.( i am in the same situation) just act freindly around him , when the time is right ask him if he likes you. BuT DON'T BE OVER-GRABBY!! THAT WILL SCARE HIM! just be yourself really and if he doesn't like you then move on girl.
