Struggling and suicidal

I posted the :What shud i do now i have no one and nothing?
Im so struggling, hes on my mind all the time and i so badly want to talk to him but i know i shouldnt, im struggling and im self harming more than usual because of it

genie, what form does your self harming take? And what are the reasons you cant talk to him?Can you answer these questions for me and we will go from there.
