I still like my ex, but I don't know if he likes me?

Okay so.. we broke up about 3 weeks ago, and I broke it off for some stupid reason (yeah smart me..)
We still talk ALL the time, like more than we did when we were dating, he is a big flirt too.... that's what makes me mad.
I have a feeling we should just stay friends, but the fact that we're not together kills me.

What do I do

Friendship never works after dating imagen seeing him with another girl? and then him talking to you about how awesome she is. and how happy he is that you guys are friends

If you want to get back with him. you make the first move and talk to him. as you was the one that broke up with him for a silly reason.
and then you guys can work it out

I disagree, im very good friends with a girl that i was with.
surprisingly our conversations are not the usual ex-partner conversations that are laced with spite either, we actually enjoy eachothers company and make time to be together as friends
