    There are about 100 posts this year on this subject... do a search of the site and I'm sure you'll find lots of advice.

    Bottom line is that you basically have to learn self control. If you can't do that... make sure she gets hers first, some other way than intercourse (perhaps oral).

    You first have to have a goal... according to studies I have read, you should be able to go for 3-5 minutes stroking... not counting foreplay during which you assist her in becoming thoroughly hot!

    It is natural for young guys to ejaculate prematurely. Sexual intercourse is fabulous!

    Sadly, you have to desensitize yourself to go longer... in your mind, usually by distracting yourself. If I were you, I wouldn't bother unless your girlfriend is orgasmic. Sometimes for guys intercourse is like beating a dead horse... no matter how long a guy can stroke, she isn't going to climax.

    Is your girlfriend orgasmic under any circumstances? Is she very passive?
