What have you done?
OK recently I had a huge personal loss and now I see everything completely differently. Isee people on TV or in the street getting so worked-up about NOTHING and realise the world just really needs to chill, take a stepo back and look at what's going on. Third person.
So my enlightened mind would like to ask you: What have you done today/recently that wasn't necessary or was pety but wound you up?

What 'winds' me up
1. People who believe the lies they are told like carbon credits ---so that people like Gore can have a license to pollute more than any one human in the world while he tells others just ride a bike to work.
2. Hillary and Obama and how people do not see the lie behind them. I really don't feel like getting into that one at all ---YET!

Step back and relax.
It doesn't matter, aqnd you probably can't do anything of any impact in the time it takes for your attention span to short out

1. My soccer team... I just can't stand some of the stuck up girls. Sometimes I want to shake them and just say HELLO this is the real world you won't be popular forever so you need to be nice to everyone not just your possy!! (I feel better about that now:))
2. Politics... need I say more?
3. watching those stupid actors on the news (not just them the stupid ritch people too like Paris Hilton) Why do there parents not step in and say enough is enough, make your own money from now on? It amazes me how much the news covers just them when people are dying everyday and no one cares.

Sorry ragga if it's too personal but can I ask who you lost? You don't have to answer if you don't want, I'll understand.

Got you beat here honey. I will be leaving this PLANET within the year and am so glad. Just feel sorry for those that are still forced to stay behind and live out their lives in some type of slavery unless born with silver spoon in mouth. But guess what - when there is no more food, you can't eat money.
Guess what.. politicians are just puppets - you'll never meet the real rulers unless you educate yourself some more, sorry to say.
Love and Peace to all.. and at least one warm meal a day.

Well, Cuba is a dictatorship (no matter what they say and that castro is resigning), parts South America I'll bet is nice. Especially if you leave during the winter, it'll be summer there!
Don't know if I could stomach the Thai food, otherwise I'd pick that. But hey it's your stomach.
Sorry for your loss Ragga.
And cherry. Where in this vast universe do you plan on going? And will you send be a post card of the next galaxy? :)

Fighting continually for the past month with my boyfriend.. lol.. that's always fun. I do try to have the mindset not to worry over little things, but I cannot help it no matter how hard I try! Hah.

Hmmm... good question... a lot of times I have to get wound up or else I don't take actions. So sometimes, that wound up feeling is a good thing. Just a thought for you to keep in mind... that depression can lead to that feeling of apathy... something I find myself dealing with a lot. After a major loss like you mentioned, depression is very likely to follow. It might be beneficial to look into helpful resources if you find yourself spiraling in a downward direction.

I am fighting a losing battle with adenocarinoma - large-cell lung cancer that doubles it's size within three months and wanders to the rest of the body, including the brain. I do not plan on dying in hospital with chemo, surgery or tubes to pay an instititution to keep me alive, but yet not living - if you know what I mean.
So, I plan on being all around the universe, a guardian angel to my grandson and daughter, and spooking a few people who deserve it. The rest of the time will be spent with my loved ones who are already there and it will be a blessing to be away from here. Just sorry to leave the rest of you to endure the politicians, money mongers, terrorists and more suffering.
Until that times comes, I still plan on living life the way I want to and saying what I want to- darn - it's great to have that kind of freedom, finally. I have nothing left to loose, but still a lot to give.
Love,
Cher

Material things get lost when traveling off this planet. You have to use more spirit to get your messages through. See what I answered Gernald...
The human shell means nothing - it's the spirit (energy) that keeps on living and if you are tuned in you'll feel it, dear. The body weakens, but the energy that leaves it never dies.
