Sad day!-breakup

My old boyfriend and I broke up about 2 months ago. It was for a pretty stupid reason and lots of miscommunications were made. I saw him a month later told him the way he treated me wasn't right and now we don't talk at all. I miss him terribly now.
What do I do?

Uhm, It should not be a sad day, but a happy day. Your free to be yourself. To go out and enjoy your life. Learn from this experience, grow as a person and do things that will help you keep you busy. Work, school, improving on yourself and volunteering to help others.

You miss him because you know it is over, and now you want something you can not have. Forget about it, it is not worth it.

Your supposed to miss him because you cared and that's okay, but accept that its over and did not work out for whatever reason. Time and leaving him alone, and getting a life that you enjoy without him, will heal the wounds of a dead relationship. Move on with your life.

Occupy your time with things you enjoy doing. Try to focus on anything not related to the ex and get yourself enjoyment from your other interests. While this will take some time eventually those feelings will wear off.
