Oh dear Louna honey. You need to stop playing games right now. If you continue to play games, it will not only attract other game players but it will turn away the sincere people. Wouldn't it do that to you if someone did that? Looking like a game player is that bad, trust me. Don't even bother trying to get good at it. Being genuine but cautious is a far more powerful way to be!

And as for the guy you like... it looks like you hurt his feelings or confused him. If you feel brave enough, tell him that you were confused and that you are actually flattered by his attention in the hopes he will forgive the game you tried to play on him. But if you don't win back his attention, don't be surpsied -- let it go then and chalk it up as your mistake.

As for him being a game player, only time will tell - which is why is it VERY IMPORTANT TO GO SLOW. Okay?

He was interested and showed you he was. You rejected him so now he's letting you go. Why does that make him a game player? Now that he has moved on you call him a game player for ignoring you? I'm sorry but it sounds like the one playing games is not him.
