Well, since he's divorced...and assuming that he's not dating anyone, he's "technically" fair game.

HOWEVER, ethically speaking, he is your boss...and I have a policy: "NEVER DATE CO-WORKERS!"...

sometimes it works, but a lot of times, it doesn't work...then you have to quit...and etc. etc. etc.

Unless you feel like there's a STRONG sense of a hint coming from him, I'd steer clear and just hold off on him...til you get another job.

I would get to know him first to make sure he's not married and is single. Then take things from there because i am in that position now. I didn't bother asking and me and my boss's relationship was taken too far, and theenn is when found out he was married.. so yea get to know him first. See if he has the same feelings for you, you'll know if it's right or not

LOL. It's good advice. It would work on me.

Besides, it's just a crush.

First if you want to risk your job, perhaps your future job by having a bad reference. If there is a "spark" quit, change jobs and then date him, never date your boss at work

Keep you fantasies to yourself, and do your job well. The rest will become clear in the future, but for now protect your JOB!!!!!
