I'm stuck. I'm unsure if I love my girlfriend anymore.

2 Answers Me and my girlfriend have known each other for 6 years. 4 years was online... We used to date back then 6 years ago but I done a completely foolish thing at age 18 and cheated. We were long distance but its no excuse. Now starting march 2010 we got together and by September 2010 we moved in for "convenience" she has in close by, and I wanted to move out of my parents. Since September we have always argued, Some days are fantastic, Some are horrible. 50/50. But no matter when or how we argue we always settle n watch a movie together, Lately I been feeling she doesn't respect the person I am, I'm a 23 year old who works in the care profession, I work nights. She's a 20 year old uni student who goes 3 days a week and works nights for a hour 6 days a week. And just started a new job. I don't want to break up with her but we argue over ridiculous things. I feel I cannot win anymore. We don't talk. If I talk about my feelings she gets angry, And she constantly thinks I don't love her n that she is ugly etc. But she says this everyday. How can I tell if I love her anymore? Sorry for typing a lot. Thanks for listening, Dan. |

| Some days will be better than others, and it gets better when you learn the art of resolving your issues thru honest communications. If not they will drive you apart. You also have to listen, or be willing to, and she doesn't seem willing. Better tell her straight up that is what you need from her, to just listen to you without the drama. You can know someone for a lifetime, but it doesn't take long to figure out you just can't live together, no matter how convenient it is. | ||||

Being in an online relationship, then really being together is a big leap. Way different. Especially after 4 years online. Are you ready? Takes patience. C'mon. No plans? Spend more time together.
