Ive been seeing this guy and now we r not working out cuz i hardly see him should we just end this realationship or should i try working it out with him because i really love him? ???

I think the first thing you need to do is to decide exactly what your priorities are; if you really do want him in your life then you will find the time to include him; if you don't, you won't. Everyone has to make some adjustments and sacrifices for personal relationships...otherwise they never really wanted the relationship to begin with.
