I'm in love with my best friend he used to like me, but now for him I'm only a friend

He used to like me, and we used to talk for hours, and he would always be the one asking about me first, and the one who would call. But now he doesn't even text or anything and replies after days :/ . Before he used to replies in the same second !! He would always ask me "if a guy from our class asked you out what would you say", and i said BIG NO and that they're only like brothers to me !!

One time we were playing this game will chatting on facebook (truth or dare ) and I asked him his ideal girl. It was basically a normal girl ( kind of like me but also like everyone else) and then he asked me about mine, and then he was like so all that I need to do is just get better grades. At that time I never thought that he meant that all he needs to do to be my ideal guy is get better grads !!!!!

So to sum up the msg that he got from me is that if he likes me then I would stop talking to him and he will lose me. I didn't know that i liked him before until he had asked a friend of mine out, and he stopped talking to me like before and I missed him :'( but it's too late now and I got so jealous!! But then they broke up but we're not like how we use to be. I can't just tell him i like him because I don't date. It's just not me and I always think that girls at my age shouldn't, since it's not mature and I don't want to break my clear record that I don't date.

But i do love him, and i knew it for sure that he did before, but i'm not sure about now anymore because he changed !!

So how can I know if he stills love me?! Help please I can't sleep at night thinking about this. heheh I'm stupid right ?! hehe
