I'm creeped out by my ex boyfriends girl and mom

Okay, so after an year of being broken up with my ex, I suddenly get a message from his future mother in law asking question how we met ? Do I know him? What is he to me? Oh, and she gives me the news he's going to be married with her daughter, and her daughters friend requested me. Oh my! I'm so creep out, help?!?

This is only a guess but maybe his new family are preparing some kind of surprise party, and have been looking through all his old contacts and fishing for who to invite. Either that or the daughter has some trust issues and has her mom doing some fishing about his past. Weird but not your problem.

I would simply respond with the fact that you had a relationship in the past but are no longer in contact and ignore the friend request. Hopefullly they will get the picture.

Incidently I found out about the death of an ex I hadn't seen for years when one of his family rang with, 'did you used to know....'

I would be a bit creeped out too, but I think they were snooping for information about this guys past.

Up to you how much info you give them.
