Ive been working with this woman now for little over a year and we've become close friends. I know she really likes me because she tells me all the time. We actually speak to each other on the phone at least once a night for about a good 30 minutes to an hour. I know being her friend is good and all but i find myself wanting more. Along with this, ive never kissed her or slept with her because honestly, i wouldn't want the same thing happening to me. However, i almost cant stand the fact of even looking at her because it drives me crazy. She tells me often that she wants to begin something with me but she needs to break up with her boyfriend. So i do the friend thing and i listen to her troubles and she tells me how she wishes i was the one she was with. I have tried to make her jealous by dating other women some of whom she honestly, didn't like at all which she said drove her insane. But in the end, i still find myself on the outside looking in at their relationship.

Should i still keep playing the field and waiting for her or should i just move on?

Keep playing the field. But don;t wait for her ; move on, at least until she does (with her current "boyfriend.") She may be playing you for extra attention on the side and you really shouldn't give it to her, at least not nearly to the extent that you have been.
