I had sex last in september 25th this year.I have had my periods but they are always late with few days.
last month they were late for 6 days and before i got them i had a very brown mucous , something i have never experienced before.
before september, in august, I first got a drop of blood then my periods came after two days.The last day to my periods, I experienced the most painful cramps in my life.
Im my stomach is always unsettled, and once in a while I feel nauseated and dizzy.
Could I be pregnant?

Anytime you have unprotected sex you can become pregnant. There are several over the counter tests plus the county health department in most places offer the test at little charge.

And of course if you are, or if you are not, you should have your doctor check you out. For proper care if you are, and to find out the problems if you are not.

I don't know if you have taken a pregancy test as yet, however not to scare you too much I would also recommend that you visit you local GUM clinic if you have had unprotected sex. It is possible that you have a Sexually Transmitted Infection even if you are sleeping with a regular partner. These can easily be cleared up with a course of antibiotics if you require them, and if caught quickly enough can have no lasting effects.
