Help! I want my ex back
I am 35 years old and have been dating a guy for 8 months. He is 45 years old and both of us are divorced. We live together, but I resently lyed to him. He is gone hunting for 2 weeks and when he called me I told him I was at home, but really I was out with friends. I ended up telling him the next day that I was out instead of at home and he said that we are not going to work out, because I lyed to him and he can't trust him. The catch is that I did this to him one other time during our relationship.
I want him back and don't know if he will give me another chance. I need some advice on what I can do to win him back.
I don't mean to lye to him, but after I do it I feel really bad and end up telling him the truth. Why don't I just tell him the truth in the first place and maybe things would be different. But the damage is done and I NEED HIM BACK!

Lying is a thing not to do.

Trust is really needed. You lied to him, but not puposely..right?

You weren't doning anything wrong i hope.

What would you do if you were in his position?

If he lied to you? Would you want him back? How do you know if he wouldn't do it again?

To win him back, let his heart heal, let your heal too.

Think about what you really want.

Talk it out. See if he wants you back.

I really didn't do this on purpose. I just taught it would be easier if I told him that I stayed home.
I know that if he would lie to me that I would feel the same way he does now.
It just hurts so bad. I know I did wrong and all I want to do is take back everything.
    Thanks for your help

Cause of Back-Up? [ 5 Answers ]

Every once in a while this problem will occur, and it doesn't matter whether it is hot or cold outside: I will wash a load of clothes, the pipe (somewhere along the line) gets backed up and overflows onto my laundry room floor.
