Please help my friend out with this..

She met this guy when she came over my house....we decided to go over his friends house one night....her and him got a little bit "cozy'...(not sex just some other things)...but she likes him a lot...and he says that he MIGHT be interested.....but he still hasnt given us an answer for sure....should she wait on him or no?

He's stringing her along to give her the idea that she's the one who's more interested in him, than him in her. It gives him more power. Never wait for a clown like that.

I agree with Pink's answer above. The only thing I might caution is not to rush things. That's a deal breaker because it scares the other person away.
