my girlfriend says she does not want to be with me anymore because i was doing drugs and not taking care of my life and says to leave her alone we have been together 10 years how do i get her to want to try and fix this problem she says we are done

Are you an addict? If so, get into detox, rehab, then a 12 step program like Narcotics Anonymous.

Get clean, stay clean, and work the program. It works.

No one here knows what will happen, but you stand a better chance of getting her back if you follow the program.

She put up with 10 years of this, I think she's done.

She's doing what's best for her and her life, now you have to do what's best for you and your life. First thing is to stop doing drugs, get into a program, get your life back on track.

Will she come back? It doesn't sound like it, and you can't stop drugs for her, you have to do it for you, otherwise it won't work.

She's doing no contact, which is a wise move.

It's hard, but it's time to move on without her.

Sadly you can't make 'want' something when they don't want to.

Ten years of a druggie BF that didn't look after himself sounds like hell to me. You were the problem, now she's had enough.

Clean up your act, get off the drugs, get a hair cut, get a job. Whatever it takes. Ultimately, she may, or may not take you back.

Either way you'll be better off for it. With or without her.

Well, I can see where she is coming from. I had a bf of 5 years that was a meth addict, an I felt if he really wanted this relationship to work, he needed to get help. If you truly love her, quit the drugs, if you cant, get help, just remember it takes two. And maybe if she sees you are trying, she will consider working things out.
