Sounds like an interesting boyfriend!

How about a billboard that you would normally hang in a theater from a musical or play that he likes? Or, any memorabilia from those same things.

A signed autograph with a short note made out to him from a famous actor or actress.

Autographs from famous actors or actresses that you might find in an antique store. For instance, on old sheet music of a song in a show that they may have sung. I have seen quite a few of those in antique stores.

Just some beginning ideas...

A nice gift certificate made from you either by hand or on the computer, sprayed with perfume, that says something like "Once you build the next set, turn this in for a free one hour massage" and include some massage oil. Cheap, forward thinking, something he wants, and something he can look forward to.
