I have tried almost everything but it seems not to work. I would like to know how can we reunite the connection we had.

It is broke for a reason. There is no need to try and reunite. Move on and find someone who is better suited to you and more likely to have a successful relationship with!

one person can't fix a relationship, it takes two, and if only one is participating you are going to get nowhere fast.
