Hi all,

I've been seeing this girl for a couple months now. We spend all of our time together and we get along great. Last night we both started talking and we both admitted feelings for each other, but she said she's not ready to have a relationship. She also said that when she was she would definitely consider me.

I know this sound pretty straight forward, but I guess I would just like to see if others agree so I know I'm not just fooling myself.

Does it sound like she's genuinely interested in me and having a relationship? I don't want to pressure her and I don't mind waiting until she's ready. Thanks in advance.

To be honest I'm the same way. I typically need to date a guy for 4-6 months before I feel that I can make a really informed decision about getting into a relationship with someone. She might just want to be cautious or maybe she just likes to take it slow.

It sounds as if she is genuinely interested. I would continue to date her and see what happens.

She must like you as she has been hanging out for a few months, so enjoy getting to know her still, and see where it leads. Go slow as she is.
