ive heard jealousy is a huge aphrodesiac..
does making a girl jealous bring her back? i know it worked for me in the past. when she made me jealous i fell head over heals for her...

It generally does not work on the emotionally mature person. That person would see the ploy and either walk away or tell you to get lost, then walk away. You are playing games when you try to get someone jealous. Not a very wise thing to do to someone.

IF the only reason that person wants you back is because you are with someone else, then walk away from that person. You want someone who wants to be with you for you, not because you are wanted by someone else. And what if it doesn't work, how will you feel?

It may work because humans tend to get possessive, and feel a sense of urgency if they might be losing that person. Let's say she does come back, she has you, then what. What if that sensation subsides and she 'loses' her feelings again, or whatever the reason is.

im not trying to make her jealous. i agree that that would be juvinile. but i just wonder if by her knowing that friends are introducing me to their single females, and only cuz she leaves me no choice but to date, she may sense urgency and come back...

Do not play the game like that. If you are going to date, then do it because you want to, not because you think it may bring her back. Remember, it is your choice, not dependent on this girl. Don't blame anything you do on her behavior.

Trying to get someone jealous and playing games with them like that will just make them angry and think you are a scumbag. (sorry for the harsh words, but if you do that, that's what she'll think.)

Also think about that new girl that you maybe dating, if you are not ready and using her as a way to get your ex jealous, you are not being fair for that new girl. We know you want her back, but realistically, if she wants to be with you, she would make the move. When someone does make that move, and you are ready, the relationship will be much stronger than her coming back because she's jealous. Keep at focusing on yourself and stay strong.

That is right - how would you feel if you found out the girl you were dating just went out with you to make her ex bf jealous? The best revenge is to go on with your life, to make your life better than it was when you were dating her.

It could have the opposite effect and make her think she can't get you back because you got on with your life and DON'T want her back at all.
