Red flags in men and women?

There are certain things to stay clear of when trying to find that special someone out there. Would you stay away from a guy who is not saying much about his life or himself and you have not been invited to his home but he has come to mine after 3 months? Would you stay clear of a guy whom doesn't take you out but comes over for dinner, lunch, etc? Would you stay clear of a guy whose into all sorts of sex(group,swinging,men,shemales,porn,watching-not doing with you) and your not into it,but hes got everything else you want in a guy? Would you stay clear of a previous alcoholic(sober now) and a present alcoholic? Would you stay clear of a guy whom seems to work all the time? Would you stay clear of a man who wants sex with others and not just you, but others and you? Would a man whom spends a lot keep you away? Would certain jobs such as cop, fireman keep you away? Would you stay away from a guy who has been married 3-4 times? Would you stay clear of gamblers, druggies, etc? Just a few. I know it seems like a lot. But is there a man or woman that doesn't have these dangers? How do you always know these dangers? Would you try to find out about the person while dating or is that wrong??

I'd ask what's up and consider the reply.

Yep!

I'd take the previous alcoholic one day at a time and avoid the present alcoholic.

Depends who she was spending it on (me!) and whether it was her lot, my lot, or our lot.

Certain jobs in and of themselves wouldn't. Certain behaviours that lead to having a particular job might.

I thought getting to know the person was the point of dating.

I thought the whole point of dating was to have fun, and get to know them, VERY WELL, to see if it should continue. By the way, ALL OF THE ABOVE are red flags, or straight out deal breakers, to me.

yes, they are all red flags, if you should check into the others background to know first that you will be safe in this dating
