Did he use to like me is that why he won't talk to me now?

Ok I think my guy friend liked me. Well he's actually my former youth pastor. We used to talk all the time and I kinda felt like he liked me. Like when I dyed my hair dark, he told me that he liked girls with darker hair. When I told him about wanting to get a little tattoo behind my ear he said that he liked that on girls. He used to comment on almost everything that I'd post on myspace or facebook One day I had my hair all curled and he said that I looked good. Also he lived pretty close to me and one night he texted me at 1am saying that he was driving by my house. Then I started dating and I felt like we weren't as close and he ended up leaving the church. And I've tried to talk to him since he's left and he barely responds. He didn't show up to my wedding or even acknowledge that I got married. I just don't understand why he won't talk to me anymore.

Clearly he thinks that now you are married, he does not wish to carry on a friendship.

For all concerned, that's probably a good idea.

He probably had, and still has, very strong feelings for you. He may be feeling heartbroken because you didn't have feelings for him in return. Do not feel offended if he doesn't want to be friends or make contact; he is distancing himself to protect you, your husband, and himself. The lack of contact is his way of moving on with his life to find someone special who will love him.

Thank you, I honestly didn't think he could have feelings for me because he was my youth pastor and 10 years my senior.
