ok im in heavy like with my boss.and he is in his 20s and he is fine and i undestand that you cant have a realationship in the workplace,how ever he is fine and educated and tall with the prittyest big brown eyes that is just irresistable. we constantly have eye contact and its as if he is actually looking threw me and in to my soal.and i have to break away the eye contact because its way to powerfull.and kinda akward.the good akward.so how do i know if he realy likes me. and what do i do if he dose?how dose a guy act when they realy like a girl.this is on a need to know basis.please give me good advice......plzzzzzzz

First off, he's your boss, if he is flirting, it is inappropriate, which should tell you that he is not very ethical. You sound really young, I'm guessing still in your teens. I don't care how fine he is, leave it alone, you are asking for trouble. Do your job and then go home.
