Give yourself more credit; you have completed your education raising two small children on your own; hats off to you. I did it and it was no small task.
Concerning your baby's daddy; do you still want him in your life; I not asking as it relates to your children...do you want him for yourself...if so...why?
You have his children; he is to remain responsible to them for as long as the law allows; however, you may find life easier once you are able not to lean on him for assistance. There remain men who are willing to step to the plate, with open arms rec'v you and your children, they are not afraid of the package deal. Open yourself to rec'v someone worthy of you, he is out there.
Sometimes we must learn to take broken pieces, afix them to create something new. Do not deny yourself the help, love and support that can be obtained from another simply because your baby's daddy has some need to dominate and control your life. He thinks you need him, wise up girl, you can do it without him, you may have to simplify your lifestyle, but it can be done. Whatever he wants to genuinely give, let him but let not him put a noose around your neck. You can be that independent woman, you have proven that already to yourself. Your are equipped to do it again, do it; release yourself from him while keeping a door open for him to interact with his children.
Now, if you truly want him in your life, for you and the boys; stop saying that he hates you. His actions may be harse; however, you will find what you expect; the very words you speak creates your world. Speak life into your situation with this guy; however, listen to your heart. If he is verbally abusive, what need do you have to be made to feel less than...
Do not be afraid of the greatness that lies within you...soar High...and to Hell with them that shall have the audacity to criticize your altitude...let them run their mouth and watch you break barriers, you have not even thought of. Go for it. stop holding yourself back. You will be loved. Never fear that. You were created to reach higher heights, maximize this time, your present atmosphere is conducive to the destiny at hand, Rise to the ocassion...Do not stop until you reach it; there you will find love, liberty, peace, happiness and joy unspeakable. The pain will arise from you desiring your later now, wait...do what you have need to do...rec'v your harvest later...good things come to those who wait...and that is not just a cliche'. |
