Cheating husband moved back in.

I found out my husband was cheating On me with a mutual friend. he told me he would break it off and work on our marriage. We started counseling, but I would find out here and there that he was still on contact with her. After almost a year of this he moved out. The first time I went Over to his apartment I found her there. I finally realized that there was nothing I could do to save our marriage do I filed for divorce. I also made the decision to move on a start dating. About 2 months later my husband moved back in to prevent me from having any dates in"his house." he still has his girlfriend and now won't move back out. This has been going on for over 6 months now and our 3 kids and myself can't stand the constant tension. I hate to pull the kids out of their home, but what else can I do? |
