    My birthday party
My best friend is throwing a birthday party and ask me to invite all my friends next week.

Most of my friends ( pure friendship) are guys, I wonder if it is a good idea to have them all meet at my party...

I want everyone have a good time. I do notice one of them is jealous about it, he might like me more than a friend, I don't know for sure. I am not full of myself or anything but I am afraid that more than one of them likes me.

Any advice please? Should I invite them all?

    Thank you a lot.

I would just invite your friends, if they like you as more than a friend, that's their "issue," not yours. You should feel free to invite whoever you want.

There going to be about 12-15 guys... what if they all like me more than friends... will it be under control? Again I am not full of myself, but even my girlfriends can sense their interest on me.

I have asked a few of them to bring a guest or date... they seem so hesitated and sad about it...

So as long as you treat them like you would your girlfriends (don't flirt, cuddle, lead them on) and you should be good.

NO, I don't flirt with them at all! They are respectful guys too. They like me is because of my innocence. A few of them have even told me that...

Invite your FRIENDS, and have a good time. If your worried about them fighting for your attention, invite some females. Come on what type of party would it be, with just your suitors and exes??

No, I don't have an ex, I never had a boyfriend before.

The fact is I have more male friends due to I am a computer science major student. I have about 5 girlfriends so the ratio is going to be 1:3(female:male).
The girls are all dating someone or have a date to bring with them...

Also, it's 21 birthday, I am afraid after the guys drink a bottle or two... the truth will come out from their mouth. Things they usually don't say to me... they will probably say on that night...

I would just invite your friends and not worry about it so much. Tell your girlfriends to bring their guys, but also bring another female friend. If these guys can't handle their liquer and decide to profess their undying love for you... that is their problem. Not yours!

    Have fun!

That's the chances you take, or don't invite them. If they say something while drunk, you can get 'em back in class. These guys aren't your b/f, so they are on there own. Don't invite someone who is an idiot.

It's hard for me to have guy friends too , because of the same reason, they usually end up liking me (I too am not trying to be conceded) it's just a fact that it's hard for two people that are of opposite sex to just be platonic.. friendship is really two people that have commonalities and when you put attraction into the mix it's hard not to fall for the person... I suggest you don't worry about it... would you ever consider dating one of them? I read one other post where you said you don't think about dating much.. but it was just a curiosity.

As long as you aren't stringing anyone along and you're get their hopes up it shouldn't matter if the entire world wants to be with you.. Invite your friends and have fun.. let them battle for your heart behind the scenes. If you see them suffocating you and starving for your attention just hang out with some girls until everything cools down..
