I'm planning a meal that will include,

Elk steak (most likely pan fried)
A Mango/Avacodo Salad,

But I don't know what else to have...

Any ideas?? :confused:

The avo/mango salad suggests a lighter menu. If you are pan searing the steak, try serving baked gold fingerling potatoes basted with evoo, and a zucchini, mushroom and red onion mixture. Bread is a nice touch. Try a mango tea as beverage.
